Aircraft Painting

Refinishing the exterior of our King Air 200

When we purchased G-CGAW it had a white exterior with gold and ocean blue highlights. Before putting it up for sale we felt it could do with a more up to date look. After doing our research we decided on the 2014 Beech signature scheme, with accents of our own design, on the tail and winglets.

We wanted it to stand out on the ramp when it was finished and for the end product to look refreshed and modern.

We had an idea of the type of paint scheme we wanted and worked closely with Serco (our chosen paint facility) to fine tune our final design.

Design confirmed; we booked the aircraft in and delivered it to Serco’s facility at Marham. We made several trips to the paint facility whilst the aircraft was being repainted to check up on progress. Ian McDonald and his team at Serco also kept us up to date with images at each stage of the repaint.

We couldn’t be happier with the way the aircraft has turned out and are really pleased with the finished product.

This King Air 200 (G-CGAW) is currently for sale with a fresh gear overhaul and brand new paint.
